I will be so sad to see this branch move. It has the best location being so close to Preston/Royal and the Tollway. Why not tear it down and just put a new one on the same spot? They already have the land.

Not to mention a few miles east. Plus, if they name it Preston Forest, it will be the third Dallas library with ‘Forest’ in the name (Park Forest, Forest Green). Fingers crossed for a bit of imagination.

Great location for the city to purchase but I’m surprised that they’re using it for a library when one is a few miles west on Forest. A Preson Royal replacement should stay south of Forest. What about a splash park for PH? Lake Highlands has two…
