And have you seen there is another nail salon going into a now enlarged end cap space by the Preston Forest Tom Thumb? To the shopping center leasing agents, please, no more nail salons, banks or pharmacies. Competition is fine, but let the shopping centers do their homework, find what the community lacks and recruit businesses to fill the void.
