Burglar Steals 525 Baseball Caps, 27 Pairs of Nikes

At around 3 p.m. on May 6, an employee of Neiman Marcus at NorthPark Center watched  while a woman selected a $395 skirt and hid it inside a garment bag containing clothes she had just picked up for her employer. After exiting the store, the shoplifter was arrested on a theft charge.
At around 1 p.m. on May 7, a thief entered an office in the 12700 block of Hillcrest Road and stole a $400 iPhone 4.
Between 1:30 and 3 p.m. on May 8, a burglar broke into two vehicles parked next to each other at a restaurant in the 7800 block of Park Lane. The burglar stole a $50 bag containing a $5 journal from a white 2004 Toyota sedan and a $50 backpack from a gray 2011 Hyundai SUV.

Between 3 and 5:30 a.m. on May 9, a burglar broke into a condominium in the 12800 block of Midway Road and stole 525 baseball caps with a combined value of more than $18,000, 27 pairs of Nike tennis shoes with a combined value of more than $5,000, a $2,800 55-inch Panasonic Viera TV, a $2,000 17-inch Macbook Pro, an $899 Insignia 60-inch TV, and a $600 Gucci men’s watch.
At 3 p.m. on May 10, a pair of shoplifters entered Forestwood Antique Mall and hid a $450 vase in a purse. When a manager confronted the pair, they dropped the purse and fled, causing the vase to shatter.
