Preston Hollow Democrats to Host Cal Jillson
Cal Jillson, the SMU political science professor whom you may recall from nearly every politics story aired by Dallas TV stations in the last 20 years, will be the featured speaker at tonight’s Preston Hollow Democrats meeting. He’ll be discussing “Purple Texas: Demographic Change and the Future of Party Competition in Texas.” The fun starts at 6 p.m. at the Preston Royal Library. Get there early and you’ll be registered to win an autographed copy of Jillson’s latest book, Lone Star Tarnished.
