The rainstorms we’ve experienced in Dallas the last couple of days have been welcomed relief. But when storms of another kind occur, relief is hard to come by. Enter St. Alcuin’s, and the “Kits for Kids” program, which provides travel-sized toiletry kits to those in the care of Child Protective Services. Spreading World Peace, One Cute Kid at a Time

First they sent me photos of children in traditional Ukrainian garb, and now this press release about International Peace Day comes zooming into my inbox. For a returned Peace Corps Volunteer like myself, this was right on target.
