<p>The bride is the daughter of Darrell and Kim Hurmis of Dallas. She is the granddaughter of David and Alice Hurmis of Dallas and the late Bill and Sue Lloyd of Chicago.</p>
<p>The groom is the son of Gaylon and Suzanne Langford of Lufkin, Texas. He is the grandson of Vernon and Betty Burkhalter of Diboll, Texas, and Ray and Etoile Langford of Lufkin, Texas.</p>
<p>The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted down the aisle by her father. Attending as maid of honor was her sister, Callie Hurmis. Bridesmaids included Blair Culwell, Amy Douthey, Whitney Franklin, Jennifer Frye, Hannah Langford, Lara Beth Levy, Jordan Morley, Maggie Morrow, and Sara Rhodes. Members of the house party included Alyssa Alspaw, Sarah Burns, Catherine Coleman, and Paige Morley. The flower girl was Olivia Lloyd.</p>
<p>Serving the groom as best man was Austin Franklin. Groomsmen included J.B. Askew, Jarrod Cox, Josh Duckworth, Randy George, Jack Kennedy, John Mark Lowery, Rob Staky, Ryan Stoudt, and Rich Warner. Ushers were Stephen Broussard, Justin Gill, Matt Gill, and Eric Johnston.</p>
<p>The bride is a graduate of Lake Highlands High School. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, where she was a Neeley Associate and a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. She is an assistant account executive for Encircle Marketing.</p>
<p>The groom is a graduate of Lufkin High School. He received a Bachelor of Science in economics from Texas Christian University, where he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He is employed by Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.</p>
<p>Following their honeymoon trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple are now at home in Dallas.</p>

Preston Cunningham, the senior deputy administrator for the North Eleuthera district, officiated.</p>
<p>The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Patterson Cooper IV of Palm Beach, Fla. Her father most recently was president and CEO of First Bank of the Palm Beaches. Prior to that, he was associated with Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan Chase in various international and domestic senior managerial positions over a period of 35 years. Currently, he is chairman of the board of Camp Boggy Creek, a member of the Palm Beach Shore Protection Board and treasurer of the Palm Beach Civic Association.  Her mother is a licensed clinical social worker at the VA Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla.</p>
<p>The bridegroom is the son of Luann Hicks of Dallas and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Ollis Hicks of Dallas. His father is chairman and CEO of Hicks Holdings LLC-a private investment firm in Dallas.  His mother is an active volunteer in a number of  civic organizations in Dallas.</p>
<p>The bride, who wore a gown designed by Carolina Herrera, was attended by her sisters, Katherine and Elizabeth Cooper, her cousin, Honor Brodie and the bridegroom’s sister, Catherine Hicks. Brothers of the bridegroom, Mack, Alex, Bradley, and William Hicks served as best men.</p>
<p>The bride was born in the Philippines and grew up in Korea, London, New York and Palm Beach. She is a graduate of the Middlesex School and received a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Pitzer – a Claremont College. Prior to recently relocating to Dallas, the bride lived in New York City, working for Lindblad Expeditions (in partnership with the National Geographic Society).</p>
<p>The bridegroom was born and raised in Dallas. He graduated from Highland Park High School and he received a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is a vice president of Hicks Holdings LLC.  Prior to his involvement with Hicks Holdings, he was an investment banking and private equity analyst at Greenhill. He is active in his community, serving on the executive board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star Chapter.  He served as chairman of the Campaign for Children in Crisis for Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization of North Texas, successfully raising over $32,000,000 for the organization.  He is also a member of Business Executives for National Security.</p>
<p>After a reception at a private estate on Harbour Island, the couple left on a wedding trip to the Turks and Caicos.  They will be traveling to South East Asia in the spring.</p>
<p>The couple is currently living in Dallas.</p>

The ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Mark S. Anschutz.  Music was provided by organist, James Diaz.  A reception followed at the Dallas Petroleum Club Sky Lobby.</p>
<p>The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Darrel Alan Rice of University Park.  She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frederic Albert Taylor of Victoria, Arkansas, and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Harvey Rice of Bentonville, Arkansas.</p>
<p>The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Arthur Winslow of Georgetown, Texas, and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Hutchison Fetter of  La Marque, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Worth Ray Winslow of Tyler, Texas.</p>
<p>The bride selected a gown by Amsale.  The ivory double  silk organza trumpet gown had a side ruched bodice and beaded silk belt.  Patti Flowers of Dallas designed an Alencon lace shrug to complement the strapless gown which the bride wore for the  wedding ceremony.</p>
<p>The bride was given in marriage by her father.  Attending as maids of honor were Christina Connally Crews and Elizabeth Fortune Dale.  Bridesmaids included Kirby Diane Gribble, Lesley Russell O’Leary, Brooke Katherine Pearce, Meredith Lewis Perry, Robyn Whitney Sills, Stephanie Browne Snell, and Meredith Renee Wilson.  The junior bridesmaid was Caroline Grace Winslow.  Members of the house party were:  Caroline Sheffield Lidji, Ashley Lynn Rice, Darbie Nowatka Rice, Dafna Bianca Salomon, Margaret Elizabeth Skorburg, Amy Kathleen Wainscott, and Kristina Jo Winslow.</p>
<p>Serving the groom as best men were Thomas Matthew Wainscott and Christopher Finch Wilson.  Groomsmen were John Vernon Cantrell III, Paul Christian Plekon, Charles Maximillian Recker, Justin Alan Rice, Brian Keith Rousey, David Lloyd Wiley, and John William Winslow. The junior groomsman was Grant Worth Winslow.</p>
<p>Scriptures were read by Scott Lewis Campbell and Candace Plummer Winslow.  Anthony Noel Briggle served  as  verger, Dr. Claude Brockman Prestidge served as crucifer and Dianne Betts and Susan Russell were acolytes.</p>
<p>The bride graduated from The Hockaday School in 2002.  She received her Bachelor of Arts and later, a Juris Doctor, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. The bride is an associate attorney with Alexander and Associates.</p>
<p>The groom graduated from Highland Park High School in 2000.   He graduated from Rhodes College in 2004 where he majored in business administration and minored in philosophy.  While at Rhodes he served as president of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He is employed as manager of contract implementation for MedAssets in Dallas.</p>
<p>After enjoying a honeymoon trip to Greece and Rome, the couple is at home in Plano.</p>

The ceremony was held in the sanctuary of Highland Park Presbyterian Church in Dallas at six o’clock in the evening. The Rev. Dr. Ronald Wesley Scates, The Rev. Dr. Clifford Schreiber Stewart, and The Rev. Joshua Jon Stewart officiated at the ceremony. Music for the ceremony was provided by organist, Michael Lee Shake Jr., and the Corelli Strings Quartet. The vocalist was Laura Katherine Bowden.</p>
<p>Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the ballroom of The Belo Mansion and Pavilion, where guests danced to the music of the Mars Hill Band of Dallas. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the parents of the groom at Lakewood Country Club.</p>
<p>The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thaddeus Edgar Paup of Fort Worth. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Catherine Cloud Painter and the late Mr. T. A. Painter of Kerrville, Texas, and the late Mrs. Mary Frances “Chan” Driscoll of Midland, Texas.</p>
<p>The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Dan Campbell of Wichita Falls, Texas. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Robert Morley of Wichita Falls and the late Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Campbell of Rogers, Texas.</p>
<p>Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore an elegant gown of candle light silk organza designed by Rivini. Silk filigree patterned embroidery jeweled with Swarovski crystals embellished the fitted bodice. To complete her ensemble she wore a veil trimmed with a vine of beaded blossoms, which framed her face and cascaded beyond her chapel-length train. She carried a hand tied bouquet of white and ivory hydrangeas accented with Eskimo and Vendela roses and finished with an ivory satin ribbon.</p>
<p>The matron of honor was the sister of the bride, Mary Catherine Parsons of Fort Worth. Serving as bridesmaids were Camille Campbell Barkley, sister of the groom, Caitlin O’Reilly Clyde, and Caroline Boyd Cumbie, all of Dallas; Cara Cunningham Cockerill of Rochester, Minn.; and Robbie Jane Paup, cousin of the bride, of Austin, Texas.</p>
<p>The house party included Kelly Brophy Edmiston of Houston; Stacy Reeves Gulledge of Dallas; Lisa McCleary Horne of San Antonio; Diane Davis Mannina of Washington, D.C.; Allison Ewert McClendon of Dallas; Brooke Crum Paup of Austin; and Paige Elizabeth Redwine of Dallas.</p>
<p>Noah Daniel Knippa of Dallas served as best man. Groomsmen were Kyler William Barkley of Dallas; Elliott Wayne Kruppa of Houston; Jason Reed Lewis of Dallas; Michael Chad Parsons of Fort Worth; and Christopher Lee Smith of London. <p>The bride attended school in Abilene, Texas, graduating with honors from Abilene High School in 2002. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&amp;M University in 2006. The bride was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. While attending Texas A&amp;M, she was selected for the Public Policy Internship Program and worked for the International Trade Administration at the U. S. Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C.</p>
<p>Following graduation, the bride attended the London School of Economics for graduate studies in international relations. She earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Southern Methodist University in 2008. She is employed as a financial analyst with Wells Fargo Bank in Dallas.</p>
<p>The groom attended school in Wichita Falls, Texas, graduating as valedictorian of Rider High School in 1999. Mr. Campbell graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin Business Honors Program in 2003. Prior to entering graduate school at Harvard University, he worked for Merrill Lynch as an investment banking analyst in the energy sector and for Lazard in mergers and acquisitions.</p>
<p>Mr. Campbell completed a Master of Business Administration in finance from Harvard Business School in 2007. A chartered financial analyst charterholder, he is employed as a senior vice president and portfolio manager with Allianz NFJ Investment Group in Dallas.</p>
<p>Following a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple will reside in Dallas.</p>

<p>The bride wore a beautiful, strapless, modified mermaid-shaped gown designed by Vera Wang. The gown was constructed of alternating bands of ivory silk, duchess silk satin, and silk organdy that gradually widened from the neckline to the hem, creating lovely soft curves. Accenting the gown were ivory-colored bows cascading down the back from the bodice to the train. To complete her bridal ensemble, she selected an elbow length ivory tulle cage veil, whose full drape framed her face perfectly.</p>
<p>The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Attending as matron of honor was Nicole Metzger Brewer with Mary Kathryn Hopkins as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Megan M. Black, Kathryn Frances Eagan, Madeline Stewart Elliott, Natalie Erin Fogiel, Caroline Elizabeth Lemon, Angela Marie Patterson, Molly Elizabeth Raynor, and Laura Lesikar Whitley.</p>

<p>The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. John Ryan Schumacher of University Park. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. LaVere Bishop and the late Mr. William Eugene Bishop of Seminole, Okla., and Mr. and Mrs. George H. Schumacher of Rockport, Ind.</p>
<p>The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Joseph Grabowsky of Dallas. He is the grandson of Mrs. Connie Witterman and the late Mr. Arthur Witterman and the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Grabowsky.</p>
<p>The bride chose an ivory, strapless lace gown designed by Lian Carlo and a cathedral-length veil. She wore her mother’s pearl and diamond earrings.</p>
<p>The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her sister, Sarah Amelia Schumacher, attended as maid of honor and carried a second bouquet in memory of their older sister, Casey Lynn Schumacher, who was an honorary maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Kristen Marie Duncan, Claire Elizabeth Fulton, sisters of the groom Jennifer Lynn Grabowsky and Lauren Elizabeth Grabowsky, Ellen Claire Lindsey, Katherine Grace McEvoy, and Sarah Sharaine Smith.</p>
<p>Serving the groom as best man was William Merritt Choate Jr. His groomsmen included David Austin Barrett, Robert Lynn Cavnar Jr., David Max Gutzman, John Philip Kidwell, Clay Daniel Likover, Ryan Kenneth Nagin, Benjamin Lee Phillips, and Worth Byron Snyder. House party members included Kate Gottsacker Conger, Hayley Danielle Evans, Barbara Ellen Henry, and Meredith Ann Hubble. Ushers were Bennett Charles Bark, Jeremy Chad Dubose, Jerald Wayne Freeman III, and Russell William Oshman.</p>
<p>The bride attended Highland Park High School and graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She also attended Louisiana State University, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. She is employed as an associate for two Dallas-based interior design firms, Chris Redden Design and Marguerite Green &amp; Associates.</p>
<p>The groom attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas and graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science, both in accounting, and was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order. He is an associate at Lone Star Investment Advisors, a private investment firm based in Dallas.</p>
<p>Following their wedding trip to the Virgin Islands, the couple will reside in Dallas.</p>

<p>Mary Elizabeth “Mollie” Reardon and Matthew William Ewing exchanged wedding vows Sept. 4 at the Museum of Art’s Laguna Gloria in Austin.</p>
<p>The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Bill Smith of Highland Park United Methodist Church. An outdoor reception followed, on the scenic grounds of Laguna Gloria.</p>
<p>The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. William Condon Reardon of University Park. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Calvin Bricker of Dallas and the late Mr. and Mrs. Francis Condon Reardon of Monroe, La.</p>
<p>The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas Ewing, of Montgomery, Texas, and Mrs. Julie Minor Ewing, of Jacksonville, N.C. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Minor of La Marque, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ewing of Washington, Pa.</p>
<p>The bride chose a strapless, ivory lace gown, designed by Monique Lhuillier with a sweeping train and scalloped edges. In remembrance of her Grandmother Bricker, she wore her grandmother’s gold wedding ring.</p>
<p>The bride was given in marriage by her mother and her father. Attending as matron of honor was Kristin Hitzelberger White, and her maid of honor was Caitlin Marie Lighter. Bridesmaids included Jill Brewer Boldt, Kristin Mattes Eastwood, Kendall Elizabeth Pruitt, and Margaret Lehner Stone.</p>
<p>Serving the groom as best man was Patrick Jeffers Haag. His groomsmen included William Thomas Ewing, Justin Edward Hake, John Stephen O’Brien, John Christopher Reardon, and Matthew Elliott Stephens. Mathew Joseph Perez and Justin Michael Wyman were ushers. The house party included Lauren Elizabeth Gibson, Leah Deetjen Faszholz, Cali Virginia Schwarz, Chesen Tarragon Schwethelm, and Katie Alison Washam. Riley Jane Reardon was the flower girl, and the ring bearer was Christopher Joseph Eastwood.</p>
<p>The bride is a graduate of Highland Park High School. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority, and her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Emory University in Atlanta. She is a neonatal intensive care nurse at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas in Austin.</p>
<p>The groom is a graduate of Wilbraham &amp; Monson Academy. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. He is the director of software sales for Bazaar Voice.</p>
<p>After a wedding trip to Kauai, Hawaii, the couple resides in Austin.</p>

<p>The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Paul Douglas Wade of University Park. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Lewis Stewart of Granger, Ind., and the late Dr. and Mrs. Henry King Wade Jr. of Hot Springs, Ark.</p>
<p>The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herschel Francis Ezell III of Dallas. He is the grandson of Mrs. Patricia Lou Hill and the late Dr. James Richard Hill of Dallas and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herschel Francis Ezell Jr. of Midland, Texas.</p>
<p>For her wedding, the bride selected a strapless gown designed by Priscilla of Boston. The elegant dress was hand embroidered with intricate floral details, and encrusted with a variety of crystals, pearls, and beads throughout the layers of silk organza. The gown featured a sweetheart neckline and low back. An English net, ruched sash was draped at the bride’s natural waistline. Crystal buttons aligned the back of the dress and cascaded down to the sweep train, which was accented with a double inverted pleat. She chose to wear a fingertip-length, sheer veil, accented with a silk trim to complete her ensemble.</p>
<p>The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted down the aisle by her father. Attending as matrons of honor were Erica Elyse Ladwig and Gillean Pearson Wade, sister-in-law of the bride. Bridesmaids included Anna Morgan Acheson-Snow, Mary Kathryn Hopkins, Allison Leigh Karlak, cousin of the bride Elizabeth Ann Lowrey, and Courtney Elizabeth O’Reilly.</p>
<p>The best men were Chase Christopher Ezell and Nicholas James Ezell, both brothers of the groom. Groomsmen included Benjamin James Breunig, David Lewis McMahan, Clayton Choice Smith, brother of the bride Stewart Douglas Wade, and Thomas Benton Williams.</p>
<p>Ushers were Matthew Lane Beddoe, Dustin Clifton Derrick, Brian Francis McNally, and Matthew Glynne Mildren. The house party included Lauren Elizabeth Havens, Hailey Ann Robinson, and Sarah Marie Thomas. Thomas Constantine Lowrey, cousin of the bride, was the scripture reader, and Kensington Kathryn Lou Ezell, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.</p>
<p>Music was provided by organist Chris Brunt, soloist Janelle Pendleton, and the Gyros Strings Quartet.</p>
<p>The bride is an honors graduate of Highland Park High School. She is a cum laude graduate of Texas A&amp;M University with a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication and journalism. She is a member of Chi Omega sorority and received her Master of Education in secondary education from Southern Methodist University. She is an eighth-grade literature teacher in Frisco ISD.</p>
<p>The groom is a graduate of Lake Highlands High School and Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in public relations. He is a property manager for Hopkins Commercial Real Estate.</p>

<p>Mary Elizabeth Bond and John Harwell Jones III were married on Sept. 26, 2009, in a ceremony at Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Dallas. Following the ceremony, guests were escorted to the terrace of the Mansion on Turtle Creek, where a string quartet played during cocktails prior to a seated dinner in the ballroom. Afterwards, the Sultans of Swing were on hand for dancing.</p>
<p>The bride is the daughter of Patricia Hoffman Bond and the late Roland Bond Jr. of Highland Park and a graduate of Texas Tech University. The groom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Harwell Jones Jr. of Dallas and a graduate of the University of North Texas.</p>
<p>The bride was escorted by her godfather, Henry S. Miller III, in a stunning Ulla-Maija gown. Attending her as maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Ginny Bond Fein with bridesmaids Elisa Summers, Jackie Mewbourne, Maya LaLonde, Kristen Beckman, Taylor Vincent, and Jonelle Jones in their beautiful navy- blue crepe-satin dresses by Vera Wang. Junior bridesmaids were Emily Sale and Mary Elizabeth Sale. Those in the house party were Lindsey Miller, Rachelle Bond, Karen Bond, Jennifer Keiser, and Kathy Miller Rabey. Brianna Jones was the flower girl.</p>
<p>The groomsmen were Justin Baker, Jess Sale, Lance Miller, Scott Witty, Stewart Jackson, and Edward Campbell, with Robert Karl Jones serving as best man. The ring bearer was Miles Logan Miller.</p>
