The “I Will Graduate” school shirt initiative is designed to leave a lasting impression on all students throughout DISD.

The shirts are given to students to set expectations that they will graduate high school and continue on to college, especially for those whose parents did not attend college or complete high school. The front of the shirts has the name of the high school the student will attend along with a list of colleges on the back. The shirts will be worn on spirit days, field trips, and at any athletic/fine arts events at the high school.

With hopes of reaching all 80,000 students in the district, about 30,000 students have already received the shirts.

The shirts were generously provided by the school adopter, Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church. Senior leaders from Conrad High School personally delivered the shirts to the students and spoke with them about their high school experience.
