Hockaday Headmistress Steps Down

Kim Wargo, who has been the headmistress at The Hockaday School for four years, announced today that she is stepping down from her position. Interim headmistress will be Liza Lee, who served in the headmistress position from 1990 to 2004. The DMN has more. We will update this post as more information becomes available.

“We are excited that Ms. Lee is returning to Hockaday,” said Maryann Mihalopoulos, board of trustees chair. “Her commitment to the School, as both a thoughtful leader and a highly-respected educator, will create an invigorating learning environment for the students, which is our top priority.”
