Mindful Self-Compassion 8-week course
March 4 @ 11:00 am - April 29 @ 1:30 pm
Mindful self-compassion is the foundation of emotional healing — being aware in the present moment when we’re struggling with feelings of inadequacy and other forms of stress (mindfulness) and responding with kindness and understanding (self-compassion). Gain insights from an upcoming course about how to bring more calm and peace to your day.
Denette Mann, LPC-S, RPT-S, M.Ed., MBA (pictured) will guide an 8-week course in which participants will learn how to incorporate Mindful Self-Compassion into their daily life.
This course is led on Saturdays from 11 am to 1:30 pm. Each session will be held at Walnut Hill United Methodist Church, located at 10066 Marsh Lane just north of the corner of Walnut Hill and Marsh Lane.
Allow yourself to unplug from the stress and strain of daily life and learn how to incorporate more self-care into your routine.
Leave rejuvenated with knowledge and skills to make better decisions, improve relationships, and effectively manage stress.
