Dave Perry-Miller Agent Will Be On HGTV Monday
Preston Hollow resident Julie Provenzano of Dave Perry-Miller and Associates will be featured as the real estate expert in the upcoming episode of Real Estate Intervention on HGTV. Filmed in Dallas, the episode will air Sept. 24 at 9:30 a.m.
In the episode, Provenzano works with homeowners to make their house more attractive to sellers. She works with a team of designers to brighten up the interior, and educated the sellers on how to best market their house.
“Working with HGTV was a tremendous opportunity and a true highlight of my career,” Provenzano said in a press release. “Real Estate Intervention centers on real-life issues that I deal with on a daily basis with people trying to sell their homes. I think the show gives viewers great insight into the business of selling and what they need to consider to get top dollar.”
