Mr. and Mrs. James Skinner of Highland Park are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alison Elaine Skinner, to Michael Stephen Wydner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Wydner of Arley, Ala.
The bride graduated from Highland Park High School in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts in French and psychology from Samford University in Birmingham, Ala. She is an executive assistant at the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of the Houston Academy in Dothan, Ala., and received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Birmingham Southern College in Birmingham, Ala. He is the assistant director of marketing at Hunter Safety System.
The wedding is planned for March 20, 2010, at First Baptist Church, Dallas.
