Dr. Phil Pranking HP Village Shop?

Probably not, but it’s kind of fun to think he is, no?

Anyway, here’s the story. Apparently, on Dec. 29, William Noble Rare Jewels started receiving prank phone calls from a New Jersey number. According to police reports, when an employee would answer the phone, a “recorded voice that sounded like Dr. Phil’s” would begin speaking, asking the employee various questions. The employee would tell the caller to quit calling, then hang up.

This happened close to 15 times.

Highland Park DPS tried to get caller info from William Noble’s phone provider, but apparently they needed a subpoena.

My question: what if Dr. Phil really thought the employees needed help?

While not a Dr. Phil show viewer, I have heard him talk about folks out there using his name.
