Premier Producers are a Busy Group of Realtors

Last week, I wrote about dynamic real estate networking groups throughout the city, by highlighting the Pacesetters and, to a lesser extent, the Masters. Little did I know — but I certainly found out after the story was printed not only in Park Cities People but also  Preston Hollow People and Oak Cliff People — that we left out one of the most active networking groups in Dallas: the Premier Producers.

Similar to the Masters, the Premier Producers have been around for nearly 15 years, and they have limited their membership to about 30 of the city’s top-producing real estate agents from the top agencies, including Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, Dave Perry-Miller & Associates, and Ebby Halliday Realtors. They meet once a month to discuss the market, and to collectively purchase advertising for their multi-million-dollar listings.

Premier Producer Anne Oliver, of Allie Beth Allman & Associates, said her group differs from the others we wrote about, especially because the Premier Producers feature their listings in their advertising, not just themselves.

“Other groups do not advertise their properties, just their faces,” Oliver said. “Although we do that sometimes too, we mostly advertise our properties because it benefits our clients to do that.”

Oliver, a longtime member, said the Premier Producers have set the standard on how real estate agents network in Dallas, and that the group produces more sales than their competitors.

Of course, the Masters and the Pacesetters think they’re doing pretty well too. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
