The North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Committee is meeting at noon today.

Local author Suzanne Frank will be at the Lincoln Park Barnes & Noble at 7 p.m. this evening to discuss and sign her new book, Laws of Migration, the first in her ornithology adventure series. If you’re interested in learning how to find birds, love, forgiveness, and a new life, Frank can help steer you in the right direction.

Ursuline is offering a special time of reflection and celebration for alumnae who are no longer with us by holding an alumnae memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

If you’ve got little critters, er, children at home, you may want to bring them to NorthPark Center at 2 p.m Saturday when “Critterman” is presenting “The Extra Furry Safari Show.”

For all you fashionistas out there, Greenhill is hosting a charity fashion show at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Goss-Michael Foundation.

The Jewish Community Center of Dallas is hosting a gymnastics-themed Parents’ Night Out to give all of you tired parents a much-deserved night off. Drop kids off at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
