St. Mark’s 8th-Graders Go Undefeated on Pitch

Nobody beat these guys this season.

Congratulations to the eighth-grade soccer team at St. Mark’s, which recently completed its season with a 14-0 record. The Lions’ coach, Preston Hollow resident Brad Namdar, says they scored 78 goals while giving up only 16. He also reports that 12 players put the ball in the net and 15 of them recorded assists. Pretty impressive stuff, for sure.

These young man played fantastic soccer. It was great to watch them ( even though my son was on the opposing team they defeated lol) They play advanced soccer far beyond their years, and their young coach def knows his stuff. Can’t wait to see them play in the upper school.

This post brought a smile to my face. I know of Brad Namdar, and he is a young, enthusiastic, and knowledgable coach. I was able to watch St. Marks 8th Grade play a soccer game this year and was very impressed with their play. Congratulations to all of the players and Brad Namdar.
