It’s been more than a month since Jordan Spieth celebrated his 21st birthday. Soon afterward, one of his birthday wishes came true when he was invited to play a round at historic Preston Trail Golf Club, the exclusive club in Far North Dallas that has among its strict rules that a golfer must be at least 21 to play.

The Associated Press has a nice write-up on Spieth’s experience at Preston Trail, which came prior to the busy fall slate on the PGA Tour for the former Jesuit standout. He also will play in his first Ryder Cup in September.
