Alcuin School Underground Groundbreaking

Before demolition crews razed Alcuin School’s south wing extension in June, students celebrated the last day of school with an all-school carnival on May 27. Festivities included an opportunity for students to say goodbye to the building with a “Writing on the Walls” ceremony.

The building will be replaced by the school’s new World Language and Fine Arts Building, which will house music, art, languages, and some Upper School classrooms. The building is slated to be ready by the start of the 2017-18 school year.
