SKULDUGGERY OF THE WEEK: CAN’T SAY THAT

Police issued a citation at 10:17 p.m. March 11 to a foul-mouthed shopper accused of making sexual comments to other NorthPark Center customers.

DALLAS

11 Monday

Public intoxication was reported at 12:58 a.m. in the 12000 block of Montfort Drive. 

Arrested: a 17-year-old man accused of robbing and assualting three people around 1:10 p.m. at Macy’s at NorthPark Center.

Reported at 3:30 p.m.: A vehicle stolen in Euless was recovered at the 10700 block of Thackery Street.

Stolen before 3:30 p.m.: a vehicle in the 6800 block of Northport Drive.

Stolen before 7:58 p.m.: items from inside an locked vehicle at the 6700 block of Lupton Drive.

Reported at 10:14 p.m.: a vehicle struck pedestrians, killing one, in a parking garage at NorthPark Center.

Taken before 11:46 p.m.: items from inside a vehicle at the 7700 block of Forest Lane.

12 Tuesday

Before 7:06 a.m., a locked Hyundai in the 6500 block of Azalea Lane was entered but nothing was reported stolen.

Reported at 3:12 p.m.: items stolen from inside a parked vehicle at the 7700 block of Forest Lane.

Reported at 4:27 p.m.: A bag of items was stolen at NorthPark Center.

Reported at 5:10 p.m.: Items were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 4200 block of Shady Hill Drive. 

Arrested at 9:39 p.m. at the Tom Thumb on Inwood Road: A 29-year-old man with an outstanding warrant. He also received a criminal trespassing warning.

13 Wednesday

Reported at 9:48 a.m.: A hydraulic breaker was stolen March 12 off of a backhoe that was on a Mears Construction site in the 4900 block of Mill Road Run.

Reported at 1:06 p.m.: A 25-year-old woman in Preston Center  talked to a caller who threatened workplace violence.

Arrested at 4:52 p.m.: a 22-year-old man accused of concealing merchandise in an attempt to shoplift from from Macy’s at NorthPark Center.

Reported at 5:13 p.m.: A vehicle parked at Preston Forest Village was damaged by another vehicle which left the scene.

14 Thursday

Reported at 3:26 p.m.: Money was stolen from East Hampton Sandwich Company on Inwood Road. The money was reportedly stolen sometime on March 13.

An unknown person was seen inside a vehicle that wasn’t his at 4:46 p.m. at the 6400 block of Northwood Drive.

Reported at 8:38 p.m.: A purse was stolen from Louis Vuitton at NorthPark Center.

15 Friday

Sometime after midnight: Property was stolen from the front porch of a house at the 6400 block of Dykes Way. 

Reported at 7:15 a.m.: A March 14 burglary of a vehicle in the 4300 block of Walnut Hill Lane.

Reported at 10:14 a.m.: a vehicle crashed into a 37-year-old woman’s vehicle and a 75-year-old man’s house in the 6200 block of Preston Crest Lane.

Reported at 1:24 p.m.: Items stolen from inside a parked vehicle at the 5900 block of Park Lane.

Reported at 2:02 p.m.: Items stolen from inside a parked vehicle at the 5900 block of Park Lane

Reported at 2:55 p.m.: A vehicle parked at the 4700 block of Mill Creek Road was broken into and property stolen.

Arrested at 4:07 p.m.: a 17-year-old boy at NorthPark Center with three outstanding warrants. He was also issued a ticket for trespassing.

Arrested at 5:30 p.m.: a 27-year-old man accused of public drunkenness in the 6500 block of East Greenway Bouleavard.

16 Saturday

Reported at 1:48 a.m.: A vehicle parked at the 3800 block of Northwest Highway was broken into and property was stolen.

Reported at 9:21 a.m.: A vehicle parked at the 3800 block of Northwest Highway was broken into and property was stolen.

Reported at 7:59 p.m.: shoplifting at Men’s Wearhouse at Preston Center.

Reported at 8:29 p.m.: A Cadillac parked at NorthPark Center was broken into and the seats were stolen.

Reported at 11:34 p.m.: Inwood Lawn Equipment on Northwest Highway was broken into and property was stolen.

17 Sunday

Reported at 4:18 a.m.: A burglary at Kindred Spirits on Inwood Road. 

Reported at 4:49 p.m.: A vehicle parked at the 12900 block of Preston Road was broken into and items stolen.

A 58-year-old man was reported intoxicated in public near the 5600 block of Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway. 

Arrested at 9:58 p.m.: a 29-year-old man accused of public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 4400 block of Walnut Hill Lane.

Reported at 10:15 p.m.: a house at the 12000 block of Noel Road was broken into and property was stolen.
