SKULDUGGERY OF THE WEEK: IT’S JUST TEMPORARY

Some people just love stealing things. Case in point: A temporary license plate was taken off of a vehicle parked at Walmart in the 4100 block of Lyndon B. Johnson freeway around 4:120p.m. July 11. Yes, a temporary plate.

DALLAS

8 Monday

A theft was reported from the parking lot of Preston Forest Shopping Center.

A 20-year-old man was arrested at 11:1 a.m. for shoplifting from Ray-Ban at NorthPark Center.

A vehicle was reported stolen at 8:58 p.m. from the 6000 block of Northwest Highway.

9 Tuesday

Reported at 2:52 p.m.: A car parked at the 4900 block of Ellensburg Drive was damaged on July 8.

Reported at 6:17 p.m.: Property was stolen from a vehicle parked at NorthPark Center.

10 Wednesday

An arrest of a 25-year-old man at 3:49 a.m. at the 6100 block of Joyce Way revealed an outstanding warrant for the individual out of Grand Prairie.

Reported at 2:49 p.m.: A vehicle parked at NorthPark Center was struck by an unknown vehicle on July 8.

11 Thursday

A theft was reported sometime after midnight at Sephora at NorthPark Center.

A purse was snatched from a 64-year-old woman at NorthPark Center at 2 p.m.

Reported at 5:31 p.m.: A theft occurred on July 8 at the Ulta Beauty in Inwood Village.

13 Saturday

Reported at 8:30 p.m.: A vehicle was stolen from the 4200 block of Shady Hill Drive.

A vehicle was damaged at 9:21 p.m. at the 8500 block of Edgemere Road – without the owner’s consent.

14 Sunday

A 21-year-old man was arrested at 3:52 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at the 4800 block of Lyndon B. Johnson freeway.

A 27-year-old woman reported at 1:22 p.m. from an apartment at 12800 block of Midway Road that she was threatened over the phone with assault.
