Dallas’ favorite independent bookstore, Interabang Books, and the USA FilmFestival, one of the nation’s foremost cultural organizations dedicated to the recognition ofexcellence in the film and video arts, will honor Sally Field in conjunction with thepublication of her new memoir IN PIECES on Saturday, September 22nd, 7:00pm, at The Grand Pavilion of the Trade Mart at Dallas Market Center, 2100 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas. The celebratory evening will feature a film clip compilation Tribute featuringMs. Field’s many performances in film and television, followed by an on-stageconversation with Ms. Field hosted by Krys Boyd.

ABOUT THE EVENT — The evening will kick-off with a film clip compilation Tributefeaturing Ms. Field’s film and television works. Ms. Field will then take the stage for aconversation moderated by Krys Boyd, the host of KERA’s “Think,” and take us behindthe scenes for the highs and lows of her Hollywood career and her lifelong relationships –including her complicated love for her mother. The event is Co-Chaired by Nancy Perot,owner of Interabang Books, and Laura Fox Williamson, President, USA Film FestivalBoard of Directors.
